What can you expect from a good real estate fund?

Why is it a good investment option?

What should not be missing right now in a real estate fund?

To answer these and other questions we have with us in the latest installment of the Real Estate Corner, organized by Estrategias de Inversión, various specialists in investment and Real Estate. On the one hand, Cristina Reina, CFO Asset Management Arcano Real Estate and head of the Impacto Andalucía Urban Development Fund together with the EIB; Mariano Capellino, CEO and founder of INMSA Real Estate Investments; and Ignacio Ortiz, director of research at ACTIVUM.

With the current geopolitical tensions and inflation increasingly present in the markets, the real estate sector is suffering, although according to Cristina Reina, CFO Asset Management Arcano Real Estate, “real estate is a market that reacts slowly to any type of news, but It is true that there is a lot of uncertainty”.

Mariano Capellino, CEO and founder of INMSA Real Estate Investments, explains that the situation of the real estate sector in the face of this type of stimulus depends a lot on the profile of the investor:

“Many times, the investor who is more placed in the financial sector seeks refuge in Real Estate in the face of these events to balance his portfolio and, in turn, there are investors who see this as an opportunity to position themselves in a better way, being able to acquire assets with greater discounts. ”.

Ignacio Ortiz, Director of Research at ACTIVUM, regarding how the war can affect real estate, “it is too early to know or see effects, there are markets like the Spanish that are going to behave well and that may even be a value even more shelter”.
