Based on the above, neither INMSA nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, directors, agents or employees shall liable, at civil, commercial or criminal level, for any damages that might be sustained by the investor when carrying out operations taking as reference the information, evaluations and opinions given by INMSA.
