      CEO

      Mariano Capellino is a charter member of INMSA, a member and cofounder of the investors board. Today, he is the head of the institutional, strategic and executive management of the company. In addition, he has been a member of the Real Estate Committee at IAE Business School for 9 years. Previously, he was involved in the management of different real estate developments and investments. Mariano Capellino has been granted a degree in Business Administration at Universidad de Belgrano, he attended a program for Corporate Management and an Executive MBA at IAE Business School. Furthermore, he took part in a Global Immersion Program at Harvard Business School and Darden Business School, Virginia. Mariano Capellino has also been an Angel investor at IAE Business School since 2010, a charter member of ASEA (Association of Entrepreneurs in Argentina) since 2014 and a partner of the Círculo Inmobiliario in Spain since 2017.       Gerardo A. Lozano joined INMSA in 2001. Today, he is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Investment Administration Area as well as the Internal Administration and Finance Department. Gerardo Lozano is a Certified Public Accountant and has participated in several Real Estate training programs at IEA Business School. He is also an active member of IAEF (Argentine Finance Executives Institute)

      Silvina Capellino joined INMSA in 2012. She is currently responsible for the relationship with investors in Buenos Aires office, Argentina.       Carlos Rincón, located in Miami, is responsible for dealing with qualified investors. In Venezuela, he was a financial advisor for Citibank International Financial Services and he was responsible for dealing with qualified investors.

      Adrián Franck is Account Manager of INMSA and is in charge of the relationship with qualified investors in the Mexico office. He has more than 14 years of experience working in banking institutions. He worked at Grupo Hedeker as International Investment Advisor, being responsible for the growth of the client portfolio, with international investments; and for HSBC, as responsible for the value proposition for high-income, advance and premier clients.
      Adrián is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA specializing in finance.

      Scarlet Zurbaran works in the office of Madrid, Spain, and she is an Asset Manager. She has more than 10 years of experience in the research and management of real estate projects and was the Director of IMCA C.A. Project Department and Parque La Morita C.A. Investments. She is a Civil Engineer graduated at Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Fuerza Armada, Venezuela, (UNEFA), homologated as Public Works Engineer specialized in Civil Constructions by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports in Spain.
